DJ BOOTH / STAGE PLOT

Technical Requirements

DJ Booth Setup (Strict) 3x Pioneer CDJ 3000 or 2000 Nexus 2 (only NEXUS, linked).
1x Pioneer DJM V10.
1x Pioneer RMX 1000 (Important to place it with support in front of the mixer).
Note: The DJ booth must have space to place all equipment properly.
Monitoring & PA System 2x Monitors High fidelity.
2x Sub double 18" High fidelity.
Accepted Premium Brands: L-Acoustics, Void, Funktion One, and d&b audiotechnik.
Soundcheck & Setup The internal sound system and all previous stage equipment must be set up and ready before soundcheck. The artist requests that the in-house sound and light technicians be present at the sound check.

                    Only Premium Brands accepted for PA and Monitoring systems.
                

Hospitality Conditions

Transportation & Transfers The promoter will cover all necessary transportation expenses for the performance, including flights, ferry, or ground travel, and will allow the artist to travel with carry-on luggage at no additional cost. Local transfers between the airport, accommodation, and venue will be provided when required.
Accommodation The promoter will provide one private room with a queen or king bed, located near the event venue. Breakfast must be included, and free Wi-Fi and good soundproofing are recommended to ensure a comfortable stay.
Meals A dinner will be provided on the night of the event, either at the hotel or a nearby restaurant, prioritizing a balanced meal when possible. Breakfast the following morning will also be included as part of the accommodation.
Backstage / Booth Requirements During the performance, the artist must have chilled sparkling water, a clean hand towel available in the booth, and unlimited open-bar service, including soft drinks and basic alcoholic beverages, for the artist and one guest if applicable. Event staff should be easily accessible for any technical or comfort adjustments.
Guest Tickets The promoter will reserve five complimentary guest tickets. The artist will notify in advance if additional spots are needed on the guest list.
Communication The promoter must maintain clear and timely communication with the artist or their representative to coordinate schedules, arrival, dinner plans, and any additional requirements. The artist will inform beforehand if traveling with a guest or if any hospitality adjustments are needed.
