A core artist of Systolic Records, Teri Makasih prioritizes creative expression over convention, setting a new standard for the hard end of the spectrum. The name itself is an adaptation of "Terima Kasih" — the words for "thank you" in Indonesian, conceived during a trip to the island of Lombok.
Coming from a background in metal, she returned to the scene in 2021 performing across intimate Madrid venues, and by 2022 had earned national and international recognition — playing renowned venues across Spain and expanding to Portugal, Italy, Belgium and the UAE.
She has shared the stage with acclaimed artists such as Perc, Fernanda Martins, Hades, Under Black Helmet, DRS, Novah, Metaraph and Oposition, and collaborated with collectives and labels including Rave Alert, Concrete Berlin, Terrafuria, Underzone, Insane Industry, Sonaxx Records and Systolic.
